he is right now charged of misdemeanor. the lawyer

said if he has the deferred entry of judgement, his charge will be dismissed after 6 months. but does the "deferred entry of judgement" equal to "plea of guilty"?
我lg现在打算同意律师的建议，接受这个“deferred entry of judgement"。这个算是个好的deal吗？
我们同时找了另外一个律师，这个律师却建议我和DA说说，挣取drop。天啊，都疯了。一个说不可以见DA，连DA那边的电话都不要接。一个说一定要找DA。到底谁说的对？！大家给点看法吧。
