To Lao Mao: help needed

I bought a phone card online through www.chinabizcity.com. However, after receiving the pin number information, I got the message "The phone card cannot be used". Two days later, I checked my credit card statement and found it has been charged. I called again but still cannot use the phone card. I tried to find C & J International Inc.'s contact number but the website does not provide one. I submit my online complaint but did not get any response. Can I call my credit card company to stop paying chinabizcity? Although it is just 20 bucks, I still feel angry. Btw, the phone card name is "Jia Yin". Be careful when ordering the phone card, my friends!
