Old Cat: Questions about my rent_cradit card problem

I really feel unfair tome, so I plan to sue her to the state general attorney office.

1)this account is adding $1 to it everyday, after ten years it will be a big one, does she have right to sue me to pay this money if I am still here in USA
? except it will affect my credit history, what else it will affect me?

(2)If I have no money in my account, do you think she can get the money from my hu*****and account?

(3)She never inform me about this, and she just did it directly, do you think she is wrong in this? I mean she should ask me first to see if I am willing to pay it like other credit company sending letter to you about your account.

(4) I am writing this letter currently, when I finish it, woul you like to help me to proofreading it before I send it in to the general office. If yes, how can I reach you. I arelly feel bad about she did to me.

(5) Does she have right to use all my private information after we finished the lease? do you think it is leagal?
