求教老猫：老婆把今天刚到账的工资又取走了

不但前面取空的钱没有退回，今天上午电子Deposit到账上的工资，老婆从法庭一出来又去银行划走了。我打电话问律师，律师说是账户上有老婆的名字，她把所有的钱取走是没有办法的。我只能另外开一个账户不要挂老婆的名字，以后的工资就存在那里。不知道是不是就没办法了？

肯请老猫能否就此问题及以上问题一并解答一下。
