My understanding is if the billing company send the bill to collection this will also hurt their interests because the collection company will at least charge them 30% to 45% of total amount. SO since I called them and gave them the insurance contact number. There is no sense for them to give me troubles again. They want money instead of bothering me. Is that understanding correct.
