网上购物 唉 咋办？？？

响应姐妹们号召在www.justdeal .com 买了个视频（webcam）$44.95,等了七八天收到的确是旧的，发Email 要求退货，他们说扣百分之十五。但可以Replace 。只好花$5 寄回。根据Tracking 号查到，他们已收到（6月12号）。可他们说没有，而且现在也不回Email 给我。我使用CITY 信用卡买的，信用卡方面说已赔钱过去。有经验的朋友多帮忙，在线等回答，先谢谢了！！！！！！！
