CA is a community property state which means

whatever family has belongs to both hu*****and and wife, if divorce, each get 50%. and if you have the baby live with you, your ex-hu*****and needs to pay additional child-support till he/she's 18 yrs old.
The best way for you is to find a lawyer for yourself, your lawyer will fight for your rights! 你老公不是倾家荡产也会是举步维艰的.
