go file a divorce paper from court, better in TX. send it to the take out restaurant by ameirican express or UPS, so that she must sign. or ask court to send paper.
to do so, you need to look into the yellow page in TX, to get a lawyer from that state.
sorry, i did not read your article carefully, i thought she is in china.
