Help! How to trace one's physical address or suggestions?

My tenants owe me three months' rent, legal fee and some other ad hc fee. The hearing for me to regain the posession today was dismissed (withdrew) since they moved out last night. They refused to provide their new address. I need to find it out so the marshall will know where to deliver paperwork when I file another case to try to collect the money they owe (about $6,500). The information I have about them is: bank account, phone number, email, previous address (my rental unit) and vehicle plate number. They are self-employed.

Below is a list of some relavent happenings:
March 29, notice to quit
April 6, summons of eviction
April 17, they answered and asked to dismiss the case
May 8, court denied their request to dismiss the case
June 1, hearing today.

Anybody can help or give me some suggestions? Your response will be highly appreciated! Sorry that I can't type Chinese.
