请教关于卖车的问题

我们有一辆94年的HONDA ACCORD,大半年没开了, 一直停在DRIVE WAY 上, 上周有一个墨西哥人要买, CASH $1400, 就给他了, 填了TITLE 的背面, 我们两人都签了字, 后来我填好了SALES FORM, 要他来取, 他说在CONSTRUCTION 工作, 白天很难来, 这已经好几天了. 没有这个SALES　ＦＯＲＭ，　他不可以转ＴＩＴＬＥ，　我担心他就打算这么开了，请问我现在应该ＣＡＮＣＥＬ　ＩＮＳＵＲＡＮＣＥ吗？　怎么才能避免承担他开车出问题的ＬＩＡＢＩＬＩＴＹ？　我在ＴＸ，　谢谢．
