Thank you for the information, I'll keep that in mind. Before I quited this daycare, I actually escalated the issue, hoping the daycare could take it seriously, unfortunately, all that director had to tell me was that she had to trust her teacher. I just hope that teacher won't do similar things to other kids. I want my daughter to get over these nightmares soon, therefore I hesitate to have my daughter interviewed by either lawyers or DCS people because that will for sure remind her of those unplesant experiences one and maybe many more times. I do have to think about it... Anyway, thank you guys very very much for your help and excellent suggestions. The by-product of my daugher's recent experience is: I may want to apply for law school... Thanks again!!
