女儿的绿卡

我前夫伪造我的名字在中国偷偷摸摸和我离婚了.他想和一个北京大学的女孩结婚.所以他不要女儿.我在女儿八个月时,将她送回中国我父母家.她现在七岁.我前夫的女朋友又不肯和他结婚.他说他办好了女儿的绿卡, 他要我给他$7,500,他还要我把女儿的扶养权给他.否则他不给我女儿绿卡.而且他一直打电话威胁我父母和我.他告诉办绿卡的律师我很坏.How can I get rid of him and I can get my daughter's green card? I couldn't stand seperate with my daughter any more.
