Hi,
hope someone can give me some advice on this. I was internally transferred about 4 months ago to a new group, doing similar kind of job. the boss has tried to squeeze me out from the beginning. he put me on an improvement plan one month ago, that's when my nightmare started (or getting worse). this is a over-expanding mid-sized company, HR is taking sides. I was told the common practice here is that if the big boss doesn't like someone, he would implement a scheme to make that person's life miserable and in the end, that person has to leave on her own (yes, my team leader was forced out this way several months ago, along with several others). I know the best thing is to find a job quickly and flee. but before that happens, what should I do, what pitfall should I avoid?
thanks!
