在我的合同里有这样一句:This is a lease for at least one year beginging on ---and ending on---.To qualify for a security deposit return, there must be a written motice by either lessor or lessee thirty days in advance of the lease ecpiration date.This will terminate the tenancy as of the lease expiration date.This notice must be given on or before the first day of the month in which you intend to move.Otherwise, the lease will renew ifself on a month-to month basis with the same requirements in effect.
我理解为每个月自动续签,那么房租是不应该随便涨的,即使要涨也应该提前一个月通知我。如果房东随便涨房租的话,岂不是他每个月都可以张呀???
