Thanks a bunch for your advice, which is exactly what I have been looking for and which sounds sensible.

I did see a doctor. But my medical expense is covered by insurance - only the copay comes out my own pocket. Not sure how much I should seek for medical compensation.

Up to now I have not heard any response yet from HD. Guess I have to be little more agressive as suggested by your advice #1.
