new laws?

The new laws are that if you travel to the Carribean or Canada you will need a passport to get back into the U.S. However if you forget your passport you can sneak in through the Mexican border. Along the Mexican border you will find water stations to help you with thirst. You will be treated as a criminal if you don't have your passport, however if you sneak across, and pretend to be an illegal, oh I am sorry an undocumented immigrant, you can get back into the U.S. and you will get preferential access to jobs.
