apartment want to me move out before lease end

I have been living my current apartment for more than two years.
Last month, apartment ask me to renew a lease from july 2006 to may 2007.
After may 2007, they will repair this old building.
So I signed it last month.

But I was inform today that all resident should move out in december 2006.
I don't want to move at this time. what should I do?
