紧急询问，第一次买房，3月份看上了一个新房

ask price 83万，我和我老公只还价了2万，而且是没有请buyer agent，不知道可以
跟那seller agent 拿 discount.我们刚刚签了contract，由于是新房，卖方以拿走
了10%的现金，现在我和我老公都觉得价高了,市场很弱，可以拿到更好的房子，如
果想cancell contract的话，有什么好的方法和借口吗，比如lost job什么的。by
