The same in new york. Now they have small pad which can key in info and issue an auto ticket.

I received one just by stopping the road and drop off one person. The officer was standing crossed street just look at my car, I did asked her what you look at for. The old lady just answered: "you know".

A month later, I got the past due ticket. I did went to court, and I lost 110 in NY.
