The other company registered the name A just one month before my agent registered. I guess the problem is that when my agent checked the name avaliablity, the name A was avaliable. Also, the state didn't find the name A was registered already. So that's the reason why I still have the article with the name A. THis is definitely the State's fault. I think. But even I sue them, I don't think that I can get the name back. So it looks like the only thing I can do is to contact that company to see if they are willing to sell the name to me. Otherwise, the easiest solution is to amend a sound name to my company and change all the bank and IRS accounts. But can I sue the State for the cost I paid for this?
