非常感谢！还有几个关于填表的问题

谢谢您的回复！关于填表，有几项还不确定：
1.8833 表上 “check the box if the taxpayer is a U.S.citizen or resident or is incorporated in the united states.“ 我是否应该 check this box? （情况：04年6月持H1-B 来美大学一直做研究）
2。8833 表 第4项：是填“Exception to the Saving Clause“还是“N/A”? 我读了中美treaty,没有发现“saving clause”以及“exception to it”.
3。银行给我寄了一份05年Saving accout的利息，共21.96$,这是否要交税？不知该交多少？我是否应该把这个数值填在1040表的8a的位置，然后用standard deduction再要回来？ 什么是schedule B？
