Is the record really affecting a person's future? I think it shouldn't, it is not a crime, it is not like shop-lifting, I think it is just mis-behave. How come it can be that serious. Even the record of shop-lifting can be dismissed, right? ( I read the top posting)
If this is that serious, I will feel really sorry to those guys.
