请教父母来美，医疗的问题？

我的父母想要来美国看望，因为年纪很大，约64，66岁左右，我很担心他们的身体，尤其母亲今年过年刚得的轻微心脏病，不知有何方式可以保障他们的医疗问题，哪位高人给予指点，将不盛感激。我的父母没有绿卡、也是第一次来，他们是刚刚拿到的签证，我住在北卡。 还想请教听说的有FREE是的，是不是80%的FREE。剩下的自己负担？？祝好
