How to file the U.S. Tax Return in Europe

My situation is like this:

In 2005 I was a faculty memeber of an U.S. university, holding H1-B. I left the U.S. in December 2005, because I got a better job and permanent residency in Europe.

How can I get my Social Security Tax Withheld and Midicare Tax Withheld back? And how to file my tax return? Thanks a lot.
