Divorce question

I have been separated with my wife since 1999. I filed petition in 2001 after two years separation. After several round court hearing, the case was dismissed by a judge due to defendent did not show up. I moved to different state after job switch in 2002. Try to file petition again. Can I file it in the state I am living now? Or I should file it in the state my wife living in?( I am not resident of that state any more).
