Insurance company should take care of things for. But you also have some work to do: Get every evidence as you can. In case, another guy sue you for his injury if he could not get it directly from your insurance company. Since police didn't issue you any ticket, that is a good sign. Get the police report when it is available. From it, you can see more clearly what your responsibility would be.
