紧急请教，没有收到法庭出庭通知，却被定罪。

周六突然收到DEPARTMENT OFSAFEFY的通知，说我有2个Offenses to pay.
A是 Violate Promise to Appear on March 10 2006. B是TRAFFIC VIOLATION。因此不能 RENEW DRIVER LICENSE。

B是一张Jan 2005的 traffic violation. 我不服，PLEA NOT GUILTY。 等了1年，2006年1月还打电话去COURT，被告知还没有DOCKET NUMBER，法官还没有安排出庭。

一直没有收到法庭出庭通知。现在突然说我 viloated promise to appear.

紧急请教怎么办？Do I still have a chance to fight against Offense A and B? 谢谢！Any suggestion will be highly appreciated.
