Help for Tax Forms - 1/2 J1 + 1/2 H1

I came to the US with J1 visa in 2002. I changed my visa from J1 to H1 on May 1, 2005, but still worked in the same university. Could anybody provide any information/sources to fill my tax forms of 2005 ? (e.g. what forms do I need to fill? Can I get any instructions from any websites? does anybody have the same experience? ...).
