To stp: can I claim atterney fee as deduction

Dear STP,

In 2005 I paid $1200 to my atterney for H1-B petition. Is it "legal fees to prodece my taxable income"? or personal legal fees? If it is the first one, I think I can itmize it as my deduction.

Please advise.
