This letter is to cite that the situation is intolerable and needs to change for the continuation of this accord .Twice,has the lessee subjected the landlord to demeaning remarks and forced her out of his apartment by displaying improper attitude toward the landlord.The landlord will no longer tolerate this kind of behavior and asks the lessees cooperation in resolving the situation in the most appropriate manner for both parties.

And so,you have a delay of one week to remedy the situation and change your attitude toward the landlord otherwise we 'll be entitled to pree charge to xxx for cancellation of the lease.
