急问：关于股票交税的问题：

最基本的这种：如果花两万买了股票，两万二卖了，难道两万二都算收入来交税吗？还是只要安两千来算税？我认为是后者。可Scottrade寄来的1099 form把两万二都算为 Proceeds，该怎么办？请指教。谢谢。
