今天发现有人横穿我家后院，

今天发现有人横穿我家后院，后院有两扇常年不锁的门通向邻居。如果我在我家后院立块牌子＂私人领地，非法进入将被射杀，没有警告。＂是否和法？如果真给打了，是否有法律麻烦。我在印第安纳州。
PS：从录像带看，那人是CABLE 公司的，但是不知是真是假。没有任何公司提前打电话通知我。
