The criteria of application of residency of United Kindom

Dear friends,

I am Indefinite Leave to Remain UK residency holder, hoping to apply my parents to come to live with me in UK. I have visited Home Office website, which does not give much more info rather than if they are over 65. Could anyone be able to help?
