What do you mean? Never heard of 翻版 but I do believe it is illegal reproductions. IF you want to sell them in US, you will get into trouble. And you will also have problems if the US Customs open your package. They might call you or send you a mail asking for explanation.
There are people selling those kind of stuff online and everybody knows it is illegal copies.
