Will my father get problem when he comes to U.S.A.

My father was in hospital(Emergence Room)when he was visiting me last year. The bill was very high. I couldn't afford it. If he doesn't pay the bill. Will he get any problems in the future(Enter the border, or apply GC)? Thank you for your advice.
