我是一年前从欧洲来美国作博士後的，拿的是H-1B签证，是中国公民。但是直接从欧洲签过来的。

我现在的身份是resident alien 还是nonresident alien. 我该用哪个1040表报税?

You can file either 1040 or 1040NR

File 1040 ˉ you need to report global income.
File 1040NR ˉ only US income.
