孩子抚养权求助

要离婚了。和女儿感情太深。怎么才能得到抚养权？
我们的情况是：她妈妈在大学当教授。我没有工作，每年炒股能赚四万左右。国内还有门面出租，每年有一万二千美金收入。我咨询过一个律师。他说我没有固定收入。得不到抚养权。女儿满月就是我带，带了五年。感情太深，没女儿，我生活就没有色彩了。请问有什么办法可以得到抚养权？实在没法就只有以回国玩为由，回国就不来美了，这样可行吗？有什么利弊？谢谢。没用的男人。
