请教法居士：

刚咨询了一中国人律师，我所在州法律规定，分居满一年，法庭即可判决离婚。该律师说，我们仅在一起生活一个月，国内方又无法请美国律师，美国法庭不会分割我的退休帐户和银行帐户的财产(我没有其它财产)。

该律师的话，说得对吗？他讲话口气, 可是很保证的！
