I am the one who went to the housing court on 2/23. I am wondering if I will receive the notice from court about judge's order. I also have a question about the order. Since Judge ordered me to pay $1600 the whole rent for March by March 1st, can I move out before March 1st and go to the court on 3/30? If I have to pay $1600 for the following month, I really cannot afford it by myself. I think the longer I stay, the more I owe since my roommate had been back to Taiwan according to the manager on that day (2/23). Is this a possible solution or I have to stay until the judgment. Thank you for your kindly assistance. I really appreciate.

Good Morning,
The Judge's Order was ORAL as a condition of a later trial date. You will not receive any written order.
If you vacate the unit by March 1, 2006, you should give the key's to Management or their Attorney so that they can verify that the unit is vacant.

我又写封信去问:
By doing so, does this mean that I do not violate judge's order made on 2/23?

If I vacate the unit by March 1, 2006, I also give the key's to Management or their Attorney. How can I make sure they will notice the judge so that I won't violate judge's order?

You can also notify the court that you have vacated the unit. It changes the dynamics a little it becomes a civil case instead of a summary process you can also ask the judge to reconsider since you are not living in the unit any more.

请问什麽是Civil case跟Summary process,
我如果不愿意付3月份全部的房租(但在庭上法官也不让我只付我自己的部分),
因为完全没准备没有办法在3/1前搬走,
但是我有个疑问,
这样我不就先违反了合约?
因为跟房东的合约是到8月底.

我室友跟我是同一所学校的,
因为担心最後得替她负担所有到8月底的房租,
我今天去学校的student service问她的联络资料,
学校方面的人不提供给我,
请问还有什麽方法可以要到她的资料,
跟她追讨帮她支付的金额.

如果决定不支付3月房租,
接下来会发生什麽事?我该怎麽办?
