Dear Fa Ju Shi,
Sorry to bother you again. I'm in Utah, and it will be hard for me to go to the Chinese Consulate General either in CA or in NY. Is there anyway I can get the "授权委托代理书签字的公证" and "份离婚起诉状的签证公证" by mail? I have already wrote to the Embassy but have not gotten the reply yet. Do you have any idea about it? Thank you very much!!!
