If your employment contract has the clause of governing law, you can check the law in your state. If the subject of contract is illegal or against law, the contact can be voided. You probably need to find a lawyer in your area to review the contract and find a solution. Usually, there are legal aid services in every area. If you are not able to affort a lawyer, try to find the legal aid service to help you. Check the yellow page, or talk with the international advisor at your school, or go to a church for help.
