大家注意电话公司SBC的欺骗:

一直使用 phone card向往国内打电话.但是最近SBC将长途电话在我们 dial free connection number后连接到了自己的服务上, 我们用了 27 min (two calls), SBC charged us $180!!! 一直以为长途电话被 block, 因为开服务时告诉他们只需 basic service, 不要其它 services, 主要用来上网 (DSL). 我们一直都使用 phone card,从来没有直接打过长话, 有记录为证. 和SBC 交涉, 告知最近有好些customers had the same problem to dial to China, 并且提供要求提供 evidence that phone card company charged $ for the same service (the two calls). 怎麽可能? 他们 将长话在我们 dial free connection number后连接到了自己的服务上, 当然没有在 phone card 上显示. SBC is too black, 太恶心人, 实在不想当这个肥羊. 我们要继续和 SBC 交涉, complaint to BBC first and then go to the small claims court if SBC does not want to give us credit.遇到这些无赖公司, 要维护自己的利益. 不知这里有无相思经历的XDJM, 你们怎样处理? 打字太慢 不得加些 english.
