I've called the phone number; they gave me very useful information.
Since it need professional help from attorney. They asked me to call attorney who provide free service.

First I have to call social worker service in my county, then social worker service will find an attorney for me. but I didn't find the social worker service phone number in phone book and web site . Any help or suggestion is very valuable
