急问1040NR税表的填写， 谢谢！！！

page 5,M项，最后一个问题：did you have a permanent establishement or fixed base (as defined by the tax treaty) in the United States at any time during 2005?

我应该是yes还是NO?不太明白这个问题的意思。

我的情况：2004年1月来美，F1。现在正在用OPT工作。按treaty，应该可以享用５０００的exampt。但是不知道这个问题我应该是yes,还是NO.

另外整个page4都不适用于我。我是不是就在line 87那里写个0,然后其他地方空白就可以了？谢谢！！！
