Thanks for ur reply. The estimate person is from the home association. When I asked him if he think it is not my upstairs’ neighbor’s fault, then whose fault is it? He refused to answer. But he did tell me that the home association's deductible is much higher than the damage. Therefore, they probably think it doesn’t worse for them to pay? I don't know what I should do next? Go after the home association, but I am sure you know how hard they are to deal. Any suggestions? Please advise. Thanks!!
