This maybe too late.
My 2 cents:
1. You need to buy a mold detecting test kit from Home Depot or Lowe's to see if the mold level is high enough to threaton your health. If it's high, I suggest you move out immediately. Then file a legal action against your landlord--Hotel fees, health remedies, punitive damage of late fix...
2. Take pictures of all damaged interior, show the pictures to leasing office, they need to send them to corp. officers to sign off the deduction, if there's any. Threaton to file to health department, better business bureaus, local news group, local representatives, ... But you have to prepare to get out right away.
But if you didn't save any evidence, just forget about it, and move on with your life.
