H1 和H4都符合days present in the United States,并且全年都是H签证,F12000年来美,F42003年来美,2005年同转H

问题:
1, H4是不是和LG用1040, Married filing jointly ?
2, H4申请税号W-7表格中的原因选
C. U.S. resident alien (based on days present in the United States) filing a U.S. tax return
还是E. Spouse of U.S. citizen/resident alien
