Immigration lawyer in SanDiego

I married a year ago to an American and filed for greencard 11 months ago. But I have not received any notice for the interview. I think an immigration lawyer may help me? Also, I have a four-year-old daughter from previous marriage and now reside in China. My hu*****and also filed for her, while waiting, can I bring her here with us? How? I really need a good lawyer--I am in San Diego, California.
