Definitely no need to claim that you will give up other nationalities when you apply for naturalization here in the US. N-400 (application form) has no such question. US does not care if you have other nationalities. Only matter is if your other nationalities care. Such as P.R. C., once you have US passport, your PRC passport is invalid anymore. You cannot use PRC passport to enter China. You need to apply for a visa at Chinese Consulate. This is because China Government does not recognize dual citizehship. But US does.
