单身老猫,stp,其他朋友请进

2004.2月吃了一张TICKET,八月上了TRAFFICE SCHOOL.2005.12月被照了像(红灯右转).还有资格上TRAFFIC SCHOOL消点吗? 从上次吃TICKET到这次已超过18个月但从上次上TRAFFIC SCHOOL 记不够18个月.打到COURT总是和机器讲话.查了TRAFFIC SCHOOL DISMISSAL PROGRAM 原文如下:You are eligible for the Traffic School Dismissal Program if you have not attended in the past 18 months AND have an eligible violation. Attendance is allowed once every 18 months completed from violation date to violation date. There are no exceptions. If you attend more than once in 18 months, the second traffic school dismissal will appear on your driving record. Judicial Officer's cannot change DMV's 18-month regulation.
我的理解是两次吃TICKET间隔超过18个月就有资格.另外红灯右转算不算ELIGIBLE VIALATION? 请指教. 谢谢.
